We accept returns only in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a return, please contact us at contact@donerighthome.store within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos of the issue.

Returns are not accepted for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect orders placed by the customer

• Minor color or design variations

If the return request is approved, we will provide further instructions.
Refunds (if applicable) are processed after inspection of the returned item.
